We
get asked this questions a lot. In order to
keep the prices low, we only offer the guide as a downloadable e-Book that can be viewed on your computer. However, we do have many customers who have purchased the guide and then printed it up and put it in a binder themselves. They use the front page of the guide as the front cover and then give the guide as a gift that can be taken anywhere. It works out really well and if the individual receiving it is a fan of MapleStory, they are going to love it. |

| I paid for the guide but I wasn't redirected to the download page. What happened? | |

This occasionally occurs when there is too
much traffic over the internet, your computer loses its connection to the internet, or the back button on the browser is hit. If this occurs contact us immediately at help@maplestory-guide.com with your name as it appears on your PayPal account and the date of purchase. We will then assist you by sending the download link for the guide to the email address associated with your PayPal account and payment. |

Do I need to buy any other software or
programs to download or view the guide? |

No.
You do not need to buy any additional items
to enjoy the guide. You do need to
make sure that you have WinZip and Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Most new systems come with these programs pre-installed. Also, if you have ever downloaded large document files from the internet, then you have probably used these programs already. If you do not have these programs installed on your computer they can be downloaded demo version of them for FREE the manufacturers' website or from Download.com. |

| It says WinZip costs $29.95 and Adobe Acrobat costs $299. What's up with that? We don't want to pay that much just to view a $5 guide. | |

I
don't blame you. I wouldn't want to
spend $330 to view a $5 guide either.
The costs that you are seeing are those for
the full retail versions of both WinZip and
Adobe Acrobat. You can download demo
versions of both programs for free. And the great thing about these demos is that they will never expire, you can upgrade for free when new versions come out, and they are among the most popular downloads on the net. Once again, do not pay anything for these programs. If you need assistance finding, downloading, installing, or running any of these programs we will be more than happy to help. |

the internet before. What will happen once I make a purchase? |

| After you click on the "Order Now" button or "Get it Now" icon you will be directed to our "Proceed to Checkout Page". Once there, click on the "PayPal Click Here to Buy" button like the one below: | |

will then be re-directed to to PayPal's 128
bit encrypted secure server to finish your
purchase. If you are not a PayPal
customer you will be given the opportunity
to sign up at that time. Once the
transaction is completed by clicking pay,
let the computer automatically forward you
to the download page. You will be taken to our secure download page were you will see a large "download now" icon which you can click on to download the guide. There are additional instructions on the download page for those who might need additional help downloading or installing the guide. And as always, we are here to help you in any way that we can. |

| When we download and open the guide with Adobe Acrobat Reader, all we see are; a bunch of dots or what looks like a foreign language or we can't see any of the pictures. What's going on? | |

You
are probably using an older version of Adobe
Acrobat Reader. The current version is 7.0.5. You can download it from download.com or you can download it directly from Adobe by clicking on this link 
If youdo not want the additional files such as Yahoo Toolbar, or Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition (you do not need either program to view the guide), be sure to uncheck those items before you start the download. Follow the manufacturer's directions to install the newer version (for free). Once done, open up the guide again and you will be able to see all the text and images as they were meant to be seen. |
